Well, who can resist "Rose Bib Necklace" ?

Not you, not me, no one. I really wanna make one of rose bib necklace, at least looks like this as the result:

So you should sew along the fabric until it looks like snake then fold it so you'll create look-like rose fabric bundle. Happy crafting!
